Snake Lamp Bracket
A printed polycarbonate bracket that locks the light tube to the steel spine of Lighthouse Company's Jedi Snake lamp.
We have worked with Lighthouse Company on several pieces, including their modular Lab lamp series, testing shapes and shades together.
The first job was an assembly problem on the Jedi Snake lamp — a light tube that coils around a steel pipe, part lightsaber, part snake. They had no clean way to fix the tube to the pipe. We developed a bracket that locks the two together and gives the lamp a finished look, printed in polycarbonate after a run of tests to settle the locking mechanism. Lighthouse Company now uses the same bracket as standard.
