More than a thousand watertight components for Lille Blad's small-scale hydroponic growing system.
Lille Blad makes a hydroponic system for growers who want to farm vegetables at small scale — easy to install, used to grow lettuce and microgreens that go to restaurants in Oslo through Lille Blad’s network.
As they scaled up, investing in moulds for the system’s parts wasn’t yet viable, so they came to us for something more flexible. We produced more than a thousand components, each one watertight and strong enough for continuous use. It let them reach the market faster, at much lower cost, without giving up quality.
