OBOS Bust
A 3D-printed portrait bust as a retirement gift, modelled from covert video via an AI mesh.
OBOS came to us when their Communications Director was retiring after many years, and wanted to give him a bust. Scanning someone without their knowledge is hard, so we worked with Jannicke, who filmed him in a natural situation.
From the footage we generated a first 3D mesh with an AI tool, then spent a few hours cleaning and remodelling it so the proportions and expression were right. We designed a simple plaque for the base and printed the bust in its final form — a personal, solid marker for the end of a long career.
