OBOS BUST

OBOS contacted us when their Communications Director was about to retire. They wanted to give him a bust as a farewell gift after many years in the company.

Scanning a person without them knowing is challenging, so we collaborated with Jannicke, who filmed him in a natural situation. From the video, we generated an initial 3D mesh using an AI tool. We used that as the foundation, then spent a few hours cleaning it up and further modeling the shape so the portrait would have the correct proportions and expression.

We also designed a simple plaque for the base and 3D-printed the bust in its final form. The result was a personal and solid gift marking the end of a long career.
